Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Identity of the Entrepreneur

Bulkbricks is a trading name of Steenbouw B.V., based in Bussum, Chamber of Commerce 88321703, VAT number NL864578258B01. Email: info@bulkbricks.nl. Telephone: 035 - 201 17 20.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement for the supply of bulk LEGO® by Bulkbricks to a consumer or business buyer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Article 3 — Offer and Order

• Every bag on the website is offered under a unique lot number with its own photo of the contents.
• An order is placed once payment has been received via a payment method supported by Mollie.
• If a lot has already been sold at the time of order, the amount will be automatically refunded and the buyer will be notified.

Article 4 — Prices

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT (21%). Shipping costs are shown separately in the shopping cart based on package weight and delivery address.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment takes place before delivery via Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card or PayPal). For business buyers with a VAT number, delivery on invoice (within 14 days) is available upon request.

Article 6 — Delivery

• Shipment takes place within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
• Packages up to 5 kg are shipped via PostNL; heavier packages via DHL.
• Estimated delivery time: Netherlands 1-2 working days. Delivery abroad takes longer; you can track your package via the track & trace link in the shipping email.
• The risk of loss or damage during transport remains with Bulkbricks until the moment of delivery.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. For returns, the following applies:

• Send the bag back as complete as possible, in the original packaging if possible.
• The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
• The full purchase amount (including outbound shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Opening a bag does not forfeit your right of withdrawal. You may inspect the bricks as you would in a shop. If you go beyond inspection, we may charge you for any depreciation that occurs. See Right of Withdrawal and Returns for the full explanation and model form.

Article 8 — Warranty and Conformity

Bulkbricks guarantees that delivered bags contain 100% original LEGO® bricks. Should you find a counterfeit brick, off-brand component or damaged part, you can report it within 30 days to info@bulkbricks.nl with a photo. We will offer free replacement or a credit for the value of the affected part.

Article 9 — Liability

The liability of Bulkbricks is limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant order. Bulkbricks is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or immaterial damage.

Article 10 — Complaints and Disputes

Complaints are preferably reported first directly via info@bulkbricks.nl, after which we will respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve it together, the Webshop disputes committee applies (www.sgc.nl) or the Dutch court in Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 11 — Applicable Law

All agreements between Bulkbricks and the buyer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Article 12 — Amendments

Bulkbricks reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms and conditions. For pending orders, the version applicable at the time of ordering always applies.
