Who are we?

Bulkbricks is a trading name of Steenbouw B.V. (Bussum, Chamber of Commerce 88321703). We are the data controller for information processed via this website.

What data do we process?

• When ordering: name, address, postcode, city, country, email; optionally phone number.
• Payment: Mollie processes your payment details. We only receive a success confirmation and payment ID.
• Visit statistics: only aggregated server logs (IP, user-agent, page). No Google Analytics or marketing cookies.
• Reviews: when you write a review, we store your name, optionally email, your text and your IP address (anti-spam).

Why do we process this data?

• To fulfil your order (contract performance).
• To comply with legal and administrative obligations (VAT returns, tax retention requirements).
• To assist you via email or phone with any questions.

How long do we keep it?

Order data is retained for 7 years (legal tax retention period). After that, it is deleted. Reviews are kept as long as they remain public; you can request deletion.

Who do we share data with?

• Mollie B.V. — for payment processing.
• PostNL / DHL — for shipping (shipping details only).
• Accountant — for annual administration.
• Asperion — accounting software (hosted in the Netherlands).

We do not sell or share your data for marketing or profiling purposes.

Bulkbricks only uses functional cookies (shopping cart, session). No tracking cookies, no marketing pixels, no Google Analytics. No cookie banner required.
