How we ship — and what if something goes wrong?

Shipping

We use PostNL for parcels up to 5 kg, DHL for heavier orders. Order before 17:00 on working days → out the door the same day.

• Netherlands: 1–2 working days, from €5.95
• Belgium: 2–4 working days, from €8.95
• Elsewhere: email info@bulkbricks.nl for a quote

Packaging

Each bag goes into a properly sealed polybag, all together in a sturdy brown box. No filler material needed — the bricks pack themselves.

Guarantee

• Not home? PostNL will try once more or leave it with your neighbours.
• Arrived damaged? Email a photo to info@bulkbricks.nl, we'll send a free replacement or credit your account.
• Not satisfied? Return unused within 14 days = full refund.
